PCM: Evaluation Infrastructure from Papers to Knowledge Networks
PCM is the knowledge network and evaluation system that POLYMAS is building. It is not a new impact factor, nor a new ranking for journals. It attempts to answer a more fundamental question: after a paper enters the public knowledge system, what knowledge has it actually contributed, and how can that knowledge be verified, connected, corrected, reused and extended?
